You will learn how to:

*        Cope with emotions without using food

          *        Honor your hunger with gentle nutrition

          *        Enjoy physical activity every day

          *        Respect body-size diversity – yours and others

          *        Set individual and group activity goals

*          Eat healthier and be more active
