A Home Away From
Home
The guest apartments are located on the Montana State
University campus and are within walking distance to
several Bozeman attractions. The suites are fully furnished
two bedroom apartments complete with all the necessary
amenities to comfortably serve as your
"home-away-from-home".
All units are conveniently furnished with sheets,
towels, cookware, plates, utensils, toaster, coffee maker,
microwave, alarm clock, iron and iron board, refrigerator,
oven color TV, and local telephone service, etc. All suites
are non-smoking units and pets are not allowed.

Guests
Individuals who are engaged in an official relationship with
Montana State University are eligible to reside in guest suites
for up to six (6) months. Examples of such official relationships
include but are not limited to: consultants, visiting faculty and
research fellows, guests of Family & Graduate Housing
students, candidates for employment, and those involved with an
official University function. Guests may stay for a duration
ranging from a minimum of one (1) week to a maximum of six (6)
months.
Reservations/Check-In and
Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. One (1) key is issued. Guests
need to be present at the time of check-out, to be
scheduled no later than 11:00 a.m. Reservations are
necessary. Interested parties should please call the Family
& Graduate Housing Office (406) 994-3730 or email
fgho@montana.edu to
secure a guest suite. Cancellations made less than (7)
seven days in advance will result in a $200 charge.
Reservations must be guaranteed by MasterCard, Visa,
Discover, or a University departmental recharge. Any
excessive charges for cleaning and/or damage will be
charged to the credit card or departmental charge number.
Visitor hang-tags will be issued to hang on the rearview
mirror for the duration of the stay.

Rates
Two Bedroom Units: $225.00 per week (1 week minimum) $650.00 per month (6 month maximum)
Three Bedroom Units: $275.00 per week (1 week minimum) $775.00 per month (6 months maximum)
