Housing Options

Resident can be an undergraduate or
graduate student with legal dependent(s).
Such relationships include married students, students with
dependent children or parents, and students with disabilities
who require a live-in personal care attendant. Students with
legal dependents are eligible to live in the following two-
and three- bedroom apartments and houses:
Student must be enrolled* for a minimum of nine (9)
undergraduate credits or six (6) graduate credits.

Resident can be a regularly enrolled,
graduate student, second-degree undergraduate, or
undergraduate upperclassman with no legal
dependent(s).
MSU-Bozeman provides a variety of housing options for
single students who are in search of affordable, convenient
housing. Graduate students, Second-Degree Undergraduates, and
Undergraduate Juniors and Seniors without legal dependents
may be accommodated with two unique living options:
One-Bedroom Apartment (Single Occupancy)
Nelson Story and Peter Koch Towers are comprised of
furnished, one-bedroom apartments. Monthly rental rates
include: cable TV, laundry facilities, ResNet Internet access
(for an additional fee) utilities, and one reserved parking
stall.
Two-Bedroom Apartment (With Same Gender Roommate or
Single Occupancy)
These accommodations are available in designated
Grant-Chamberlain Drive apartments and are composed of
furnished/unfurnished units. Rental rates include: laundry
facilities, ResNet Internet access (for an additional fee),
one reserved parking stall, and utilities.
- Resident can be a post-doctorate fellow
or new or visiting faculty or staff person with or without
dependents.
- University guests or families of residents may reserve
one of Family & Graduate Housing's Guest Suites.
*Residents are not required to enroll for credits
during summer sessions, provided they enroll for the minimum
required credits for the fall semester.
Accessible Apartments
Family & Graduate Housing (FGHO) works collaboratively with Disability, Re-entry, & Veteran Services in order to provide housing accommodations to qualified students with disabilities.
Requests are processed case-by-case and based on availability of accessible units.
