My name is Caixia Buhanan. I am originally from mainland China. I came to the United States as a graduate student in instructional technology, and I met my husband, David, who was a graduate student in mathematics. We were married after a year and a half. We have two little boys, Charlie and Willie. We lived in in Lai’e on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, before moving to Bozeman, Montana, so that my husband could go to even more school. I miss the warm weather and ocean, but not the cockroaches, geckos, and rats. My favorite part about Bozeman are the great people I meet. I also enjoy the fall colors and the snow. I am glad that I can have the chance to be your Community Assistant. I love to get to know each one of you, learn your culture, make friends with you, and serve you.
