Discussion on the Effects of Climate Change

Nick Bentley, local climate activist and co-organizer of the Bozeman Climate Alliance, will speak on the effects of climate change. Afterward, breakout discussion tables will commence with talks on different aspects of climate change. Sponsored by NECO and the Bozeman Climate Alliance.

Student Research Celebration

Sustainability and the Environment will be one of 3 special Topical Sessions offered during the annual Student Research Celebration at MSU. The Session will showcase several student-led sustainability projects including a film on sustainable foods and farms, titled "Bozeman Eats", which was directed, shot, and produced by MSU students. Hosted by ASMSU Sustainability Center and NECO.

NECO will host an iMatter March as part of a national campaign to promote awareness of climate change by using humor. Sarcastic posters like "Antarctica has been too cold for too long" or "Who likes skiing anyways?" are recommended.
The Spirit of Earth Day
The Museum of the Rockies, 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
The Spirit of Earth Day started in 2011 to celebrate the Earth through our diverse cultures. The event offers an afternoon of activities including a keynote speaker, kids activities, and four workshops that explore the connection between spirituality and conservation.
