The Day Ranch, a proposed part of the existing Montana Ranch, is a 3,000 + acre subdivision and community developed by the Winchester Development company. The Ranch is marketed to high end customers as "95% open space, majestic views, dramatic topography, an equestrian center, 23+ miles of trails and an old fashion cattle operation." Parcels of land range in price from $750,000 to $1.85 million.

The Winchester Development company has been involved in the development of numerous high end golf communities with memberships from $150,000 to $350,000; home sites from $250,000 to $2,000,000 and single project pricing of $800,000,000. Examples of their work can range from seamless integration of natural landscapes to highly manicured courses.
