
Commit 2B Fit is a FREE program designed to encourage and reward regular exercisers. Participants commit to two workouts per week for 10 weeks plus a weekly “out of the box” challenge from the list provided below. Participants may also pick up a personal copy of the rules and activities at the Rec Sports Office. Completion of activies must be verified by a member of the RSF staff: photographic evidence is accepted for activities that take place outside the Hosaeus Fitness Center (indicated by the activity).
Upon completion, participants earn the much coveted Commit 2B Fit t-shirt.

Challenge List
- Schedule an appointment with the MSU nutritionist at Student Health
- Bring in a dated and signed business card for validation
- Show a FitStaff where the AED’s and First Aid Kits are in the facility
- There are 3 AED’s and 2 First Aid Kits
- Describe to a FitStaff member where to go in case the building needs to be evacuated
- Row 400 meters and record time
- Row 2000 meters and record time
- Walk/Jog 1 mile on EcoMill and record time
- Perform 10 box jumps in a row
- Swim 50 yards and record time
- Swim 200 yards and record time
- Climb 500 feet on Jacob’s Ladder
- Juggle a soccer ball for 30 seconds
- Complete our 10 question Health and Fitness Quiz
- Quiz is available at the Rec Sports office or Fitness Staff office
