* Spinning Class Special Info: Participants in spinning classes need to bring a towel and water bottle. There are now 19 spinning bikes with SPD clips. Bikes and spinning class participation will be on a first come first serve basis at this time.
All instructors are certified in both Fitness class Instructor and CPR/AED

PURCHASE PASSES IN 120 Hosaeus Fitness Center, ($40/Semester) 8am-5:00pm (Mon.-Fri.) ( Pre-registration required for classes on Tai Chi and Qigong. Class size is limited. Faculty/Staff: $30 per person, per class. Student w/ aerobics pass: $10 per person, per class. Student w/o aerobics pass: $30 per person, per class. Inquire at Rec. Sports Office.)
Students must have a valid One-Card.
