Fitness Center Workshops provide the patrons of our facilities education about pertinent exercises and topics that are not covered in our Daily Orientations. We have a large facility and we would like to provide the opportunity for all patrons to have the chance to learn how to use our Fitness Center. The different types of workshops include, but are not limited to: Olympic Lifting, How to use the TRX, Agility Ladder, Bodyweight and Sandbag Exercise Routines. Please check the website for the most recent schedule of Fitness Center Workshops. This is a FREE service. We will typically have one to two workshops each week during the regular Fall and Spring Semesters.
