Functional Training Room

The Functional Training Room (FTR) opened up Fall semester 2012! One will find all sorts of training equipment to enhance or advance their exercise program. We have 4 stations for Olympic Lifting, a cage for pull-ups, rings, and squat/bench press racks, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, and much more! We do have policies and rules in place to follow when using the FTR. We also hold Instructional Programs in this room and look forward to expanding to having Group Fitness classes in the room as well as groups being able to rent the room for use. We encourage all Hosaeus Fitness Center members to come check out the new room! Please don't hesitate to ask one of our trainers if you have any questions about the FTR and its equipment.

Current hours are 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays. It is located downstairs by the climbing wall and racquetball courts. The FTR is always supervised by a certified personal trainer.
