Before downloading to your Android phone, you need to set your phone to "Allow installation of non-Market applications". 
It's easy:
  • From the home screen on your Android phone, go to your list of apps or the apps menu
  • Select the "Settings" icon
  • Select "Applications"
  • Click the check box for "Unknown sources: Allow installation of non-Market applications" 
  • (You can un-check this after the download if you wish)
  • Now go back to your cell phone browser and click the Download button below
