I was born and raised in Massachusetts and received a BA degree in Elementary Education from Boston College, an M.Ed. degree in Educational Media and Technology and EdD degree in Curriculum and Teaching with a specialization in Early Childhood Education from Boston University.  I have more than fifteen years of teaching experience.  My work as an educator has ranged from holding the position of assistant director of a childcare center, to developing and implementing inquiry-based science experiences for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary-aged students.
