Tech Reservations
Complete this form and include a list of Interhall items that you wish to reserve.
Instructions
- Please make reservations far enough in advance to ensure avaliability. Equipment is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- After you describe the items that you want, please include your e-mail address.
- Be sure to include whether or not the event will be indoors or outdoors and whether or not you would like help setting it up.
- You shall receive an e-mail response within 48 hours of the reservation. If not please contact James Tobin.
- Please give notification that you have returned the items, 24 hours after the event has ended.
Avaliable Items for checkout:
Audio equipment:
- Large Sound System (700 watt, 6-channel) Three large boxes, very heavy.
- Small Sound System (150 watt, 4-channel) One medium sized box, light.
- Various small boom boxes
Visual Equipment:
- 2x HD Epson projectors
- Projection Screen* (20ftx12.5ft) - Requires Exec member present.
Other:
- Popcorn Machine
- Christmas lights
- Extension Cords
- Advice / Consultation from the VP of Technology
