Former participantsf comments about living in America

  • Youfll need a lot of tips to live comfortably in a different culture. From many tips Ifd choose necessarily one: Becasue America is the world's most motorized society, you will need a car. Living in America will be less convenient without automobile. But do not worry. If you do not have a car during your stay, ask your friends or host families. Ifm sure anyone will drive you to the supermarket--people in Montana are reallynice!! Living in Davis is an exception t the car rule. You can survive there without car because people ride bikes everywhere! (Comment by: KIDA, Nami (formerly YOKOYA); 5th LEAP class.)
