Greetings from MSU!

 

If you're coming to MSU this Fall, please confirm your attendance with us. You will find a lot of valuable information on our arrival page. If you fill out the Airport Pickup form at least one week prior to your arrival, a representative from the Office of International Programs will greet you at the airport. Also, if you have not yet applied for housing, it is time to do so! If you're an undergraduate student, you can apply at http://www.montana.edu/reslife/

Monday, August 19th is International Student Orientation! We are getting actively prepared for the arrival of approximately 250 new students coming from 45 different countries. Our orientation program will include immigration and academic information, an interactive fair with different student groups, a fun pizza party with outdoors games and meeting with academic advisors. So be prepared, we have lots of great activities planned for you!

A Weekend of Art Events. The Sweet Pea Festival is a three day event that draws more than 16,000 attendees to beautiful Lindley Park. Sidewalks in downtown Bozeman are transformed with chalk murals and restaurants open their doors for special festival events. The Festival features the work of 100 artists and craftspeople, a parade on Main Street, three days of music, dance, theatre, dance & food. Sweet Pea Festival is celebrating its 36th year! MSU Admissions Representatives travelling around the world. In September and October, MSU Representatives, Debra De Bode and Brent Leavell will be meeting prospective students in South America and Asia. Debra will be visiting Chile, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela and Brent will be travelling to India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia.
