Information for International Scholars and Researchers at MSU
OIP provides a variety of services to visiting scholars and researchers along with family members who come to Bozeman with them. Upon arrival at MSU, scholars and researchers need to check-in at OIP with travel and visa documents, and our staff will provide individualized orientation information. On-going services include assistance with cultural adjustment, immigration regulations, and employment and tax paperwork, as well as with any other issues which may arise.
OIP welcomes scholars and researchers into the campus international community and encourages participation in Global Culture Club and the annual International Street Food Bazaar. We can help connect new arrivals with scholars from their country or region or to those with similar interests.
