ISSKSINIIP Scholarship

About

This scholarship is funded from the Blackfeet Community College (BCC) through the Department of Health and Human Services. The scholarship will fund 20 students annually. This scholarship is for undergraduates only. It is renewable for up to five years ($6,400 per academic year).

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for participation in the project, students must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Only available to residents of the State of Montana
  • Expected Family Contribution (EFC) must be $0
  • Native American student (enrolled or decendent)
    • Priority given to Blackfeet students
  • Majoring in a health-related field
  • Active TANF participant
    • (income must not exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines)
  • Must be willing to work in the service area (Montana Native communities)
  • Must be a full-time student
  • Minimum 2.0 GPA
