The IT Center offers electronic scanning and scoring of bubble sheet exam forms for departments and individual instructors. Our office is located in the southeast corner of the Renne Library.
Course Evaluation Processing
- Update all instructor/course information in Banner by the 15th class day.
- Complete the Knapp Evaluation Request form for the courses to be evaluated in your department.
- Email the form to itcadmin@montana.edu.
You will be notified by email when the paper evaluations are ready for pickup and the online evauations are ready for accessing
Pick up - drop off:
- Evaluation envelopes/ forms can be picked up and dropped off in our office (Renne 51 ) during business hours.
- After hours envelopes can be dropped off in Renne Library at the circulation desk.
