Many of the Information Technology policies on all MSU campuses are due for updating. In keeping with the MSU integration efforts, the four campuses are collaborating on a single set of enterprise-wide policies governing all four campuses. Where applicable, campus-specific standards and procedures are being developed to support and implement each policy giving campuses the individual flexibility they need to operate while maintaining a common governing structure.

Enterprise IT Policy Project

All Bozeman Information Technology policies are undergoing review and updating, including the key policies and standards listed below. The project team welcomes comments from all constituents to help refine the proposed policy drafts. Team member contact information is provided on the page for emailing or discussing comments. Campus-specific standards and procedures will be vetted separately from policies.
