Don't Lose Your Data!
Storing important information on a managed server rather than your own computer helps to ensure that it won‘t be lost if something happened to your computer. Managed servers are updated, monitored and backed up to help make sure that when you need your information it‘s there.
If you ever have sensitive data that you need to store, it should be kept on our secure, managed server, “knox”. For important files that do not contain sensitive data, the file server “opal” is available for this use.
