The IT Center's Audio Visual Support Service maintains the Registrar-controlled Smart Classrooms/Podiums on campus. Visit classroom locations for a complete listing of these rooms.

The Podium Audio/Visual guide contains step-by-step operational instructions for using projectors, Smart Podium computers and/or making laptop connections. Individual training is available upon request and can be scheduled by contacting Brendon Packwood


For immediate help with Smart Podiums while on location please contact the Help Desk (994-1777). Podium cabinets are equipped with telephones for this purpose. For other questions (admin privileges, hardware/software, etc) please contact Brendon Packwood at 994-7266.
