Important Info for Mac Users of TechSmith (Camtasia) Relay

On Thursday, August 3, UIT will upgrade the TechSmith (Camtasia) Relay server to the latest version.  Following the upgrade, please note the IMPORTANT actions required for Mac users of TechSmith (Camtasia) Relay recorder:

  1. Users with computers running Mac OS 10.9.x or older must update to a newer OS in order to use the TechSmith Relay recorder. (Find the version of your Mac’s OS by clicking the Apple menu icon > About this Mac).   
  2. All Mac users must install the current version of the TechSmith (Camtasia) Relay recorder.

To download the current version of TechSmith (Camtasia) Relay recorder:

Go to http://camtasia.msu.montana.edu, sign in using your current MSU TechSmith account username and password, then download recorder.
