Welcome to the DEAL Program
This program, supported by the MSU
President’s Office and Provost’s Office, is designed to provide leadership training for individuals in academic positions such as
department heads/chairs, assistant/associate deans, and academic research center directors.
The goal is enhancement or rejuvenation of leadership skills and enthusiasm.
