Welcome to the DEAL Program
This program, supported by the MSU
President’s Office and Provost’s Office, is designed to provide leadership training for individuals in academic positions such as
department heads/chairs, assistant/associate deans, and academic research center directors. The goal is enhancement or rejuvenation of leadership skills and enthusiasm.
Program Description
The program includes one half-day seminar per month during the academic year (excluding January). DEAL seminars occur from 12:30-5 p.m., starting with lunch, on the 1st Wednesday of each month. The seminars focus on both professional development and technical skills.
