DEVELOPING EXCELLENCE IN ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP (DEAL) PROGRAM
The MSU President's Office and other leaders across the MSU campus have enthusiastically agreed to support a new program entitled Developing Excellence in Academic Leadership. The program is designed for leaders and emerging leaders in department head, director, or associate/assistant dean positions. The format will include monthly half-day seminars from September through December and February through May. The seminars will focus on both professional development and technical skills.
