
MAP Guide

Using the MUS Achievement Program (MAP) Performance Development &
Compensation Guide will ensure that clear and concise information about MAP is
available to the University community. These guidelines provide supervisors and classified
staff with a structure that when administered can consistently enhance employee and
university performance.
MAP includes two distinct components: Performance Development and Compensation. Each component is
designed to work together to support both the growth of the employee and the workforce needs of the Montana University
System. It is recommended that this Guide be used in conjunction with the Pay Rules.
