These skills serve as a foundation for leadership and conflict resolution in the classroom, campus organizations, and workplace communities, as well as a preparation for lifelong learning in engaging differences as strengths.

Each person who completes the workshop will receive a Sustained Dialogue certificate in Inclusive Leadership –enhance your resume and global communication skills!

For Faculty and Staff:
MSU Sustained Dialogue initiative invites you to join us for a high energy, hands-on brown bag lunch for administrators and faculty in the facilitation of intercultural dialogue. The national Sustained Dialogue Campus Network trainers and MSU Sustained Dialogue student leaders will host an interactive lunch meeting for staff members who play an important role in supporting MSU students. This lunch is designed to introduce you to the Sustained Dialogue relationship model and other communication skills that MSU students are incorporating into our campus community.

The MSU staff meeting will be held in conjunction with an 11-hour student certification training over the weekend.
