2013 Facilitator Training

At the intersection of civic engagement, leadership development, and social justice, Sustained Dialogue Facilitation Training provides individuals with the skill set to succeed in our ever more diverse work force and political landscape. It is open to any and all students, staff, and faculty and will provide a basic understanding of diversity awareness, identity comprehension, and relationship building.

Friday, October 11   |  4:30-6:30pm  | Montana State University Reid 103
This stand alone evening training provides those who are curious about identity awareness, relationship building, and moderating dialogues a short introduction.

Saturday, October 12 | 9-3 |  Sunday, October 13 | 9-3 | Montana State University Reid 101
SDCN Trainer Elizabeth Wertz will deepen attendees understanding of identity in the context of power, privilege and oppression as well as engage attendees in facilitation skill set development. All attendees will walk away with a basic understanding of identity as well as a intermediate skill set in moderating dialogue.

For those who are interested in a deeper understanding, we encourage you to continue your training throughout the year through our Sustained Dialogue Facilitation Certification.
