MASTER OF EDUCATION
WITH A SUPPORTING AREA IN MUSIC EDUCATION

The Master of Education with a supporting area in music education allows full-time working professionals to continue their jobs while working toward an advanced degree. You can choose from courses delivered during summer, weekends, evenings, and online. The program can be completed completely within a two year time span.

The M.Ed. degree with a supporting area in music education provides development and scholarship impact on your teaching excellence. for music educators. You will share your strengths, develop action research strategies, hone musical skills and insights, as well as examine current issues in professionalmusic education and their

Application to the MEd program requires:

1. a completed Application Form and registration fee
2. three letters of reference from individuals who are qualified to assess your ability and potential as a graduate student
3. official transcripts showing all college coursework you have taken
4. official GRE scores, which must be submitted prior to acceptance into the program.
