A review of processes indicates that generally the practice of scheduling is done with the goal of minimizing conflicts; however, these policies need to be codified into a written policy and procedures manual. |
Appropriate bodies need to write policies, circulate policies to salient stakeholders for review -- such as head coaches, student-athletes and university faculty (Athletics Committee) -- and codify into a policy and procedures manual. |
