Montana State University students have until March 23 to enter a creative non-fiction writing competition sponsored by the MSU Department of English..

The annual Edith R. Mirrielees Prize in Creative Writing is open to all currently enrolled full-time MSU undergraduate students in any field of study. The winning manuscript will receive a monetary prize.

Four copies of each entry must be submitted. Manuscripts must be typed, double-spaced and word processed. There is a 10-page limit per entry. The entrant's name must not appear on any part of the manuscript.

Manuscripts should be submitted personally to Mrs. Steele, Department of English, 2-176 Wilson Hall.
The deadline for submissions is noon Friday, March 23. No late submissions will be accepted.
