Cure for the Common will be playing at the Montana State University Blue and Gold Ball from 8 p.m. to midnight, Saturday, March 31 in the Strand Union ballrooms.

The formal event - black tie or business formal is acceptable - is for alumni and students to come together and have a spectacular night dancing, socializing, enjoying hors d'oeuvres and bidding on silent auction items. In addition to Cure for the Common, a string band and several DJs will also provide music during the night.

Event proceeds will go to the Boys and Girls Club of Gallatin Valley.

The ball is sponsored by MSU Greek Life, InterFraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, ASMSU, Office of the President, and Student Activities. MSU President Waded Cruzado and MSU Football Coach Rob Ash will speak.

Tickets are $20 for singles and $30 for couples. There are also limited VIP tickets for $100 that includes access to Leigh Lounge, where President Cruzado will "hang out" after her speech with classical music and hors d'oeuvres.

The ball's silent auction will feature signed sports memorabilia from Bobcat and NFL athletes, gift certificates, a timeshare getaway and more.

Tickets are available at the AskUs Desk. Find the ball on Facebook under "MSU's First Blue and Gold Ball."
