BOZEMAN - Montana State University Extension will have a booth at the Gallatin Valley Farmers' Market at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds Saturday, Aug. 3, to help answer questions about gardening and agriculture issues.

Emily Lockard, MSU Extension agriculture agent and Danica Jamison, MSU Extension 4-H agent in Gallatin County, will host the booth on Aug. 3. They can assist with a variety of questions related to agriculture and the 4-H youth development program (for ages 5-19), and will also provide free MSU Extension factsheets and MontGuides on various issues.

“People are encouraged to bring questions for the Gallatin County Extension agents,” said Toby Day, Extension horticulturist and Master Gardener coordinator. “Lockard and Jamison offer a depth of knowledge for both gardeners and producers.”

The Gallatin County Farmers' Market runs from 9 a.m. through noon on Saturdays through Sept. 7.
