Classical guitarists Michael Videon and Zach Manger will present a recital at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, in Montana State University's Reynolds Recital Hall.

The Videon and Manger guitar duo will perform J.S. Bach's "French Suite No. 5," originally written for solo keyboard, John Duarte's "Variations on a French Nursery Song" and selections from a set of 24 preludes and fugues known as "The Well-Tempered Guitars" by Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco. 

Videon is professor of guitar at the MSU School of Music where he has been on the faculty since 1998.

Manger is a native of Helena and a 2008 graduate of the MSU School of Music. He was named outstanding senior performerthe year of his graduation from MSU. In 2011 he received a master's degree in guitar performance from the University of Denver's Lamont School of Music. He currently lives in Denver where he maintains an active teaching and performing career.

Tickets for the concert are $10 for general admission and $5 for students. Tickets will be available at the door.

Reynolds Recital Hall is located in Howard Hall, across the street from the MSU Duck Pond.
