BOZEMAN – Registration is now open for Montana State University’s summer sports camps for youth ages 5 to 11. The first session runs June 16 to July 3, and the second session runs July 7 to Aug. 1. Children can enroll in either or both sessions.

The camps offer a variety of age-appropriate sports and movement-related activities, such as swimming, basketball, gymnastics, soccer and others. Sessions run Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the MSU campus. Instructors are highly qualified, and many are MSU graduate students in physical education with extensive experience in sports, physical activity and working with children.

Enrollment is limited, and each session generally fills to capacity. Call (406) 994-6683 or email sportscamp@montana.edu to request a flyer and registration form. Visit http://eu.montana.edu/ContinuingEd/youth/ for more information and a downloadable flyer.

The camp is run by MSU’s Department of Health and Human Development and MSU Extended University.
