Helen Lowman, associate director of Volunteer Recruitment and Selection for the Peace Corps, will visit speak at Montana State University at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, in room 108 of Reid Hall.

As associate director, Lowman oversees employees in nine offices around the United States recruiting, assessing and placing volunteers in more than 70 countries. A returned Peace Corps volunteer and regional director for Europe, Mediterranean and Asia, Lowman will speak about Montana’s legacy of Peace Corps service, answer questions about volunteering, and share inspirational stories of service overseas.
