The Montana State University Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship’s 14th annual Classic Open Benefit Golf Tournament will be held Friday, Sept. 25, at Black Bull.

Profits from the tournament will be used to fund student enhancement programs and scholarships. Co-sponsors for this year’s tournament are Rudd & Company and the Bacchus Pub. The college is seeking additional sponsors.

The four-member, scramble format tournament is open to single players or teams of four and will begin with a shotgun start at 10:30 a.m. Check-in starts at 9:30 a.m. The tournament entry fee is $165 per golfer or $650 per team and includes lunch, an entry prize, two mulligans, an awards ceremony with hors d’oeuvres, an auction and team and individual prizes. Team spots are currently filled but teams and individual players can request to be added to a wait list.

Members of the winning team will have their names etched in a traveling trophy and be able to display the trophy at their place of business throughout the year. Last year’s winning team was sponsored by Pine Cove Consulting.
