The Montana State University School of Music Jazz Workshop Band and the One O'Clock Jazz Ensemble will perform a concert of Afro-Cuban, funk, soul and jazz at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, in Reynolds Recital Hall.

The concert will feature compositions by composers spanning the globe and ranging from Bruno Mars to the late George Duke.

The MSU jazz ensembles are directed by professor Ryan Matzinger, who studied with the late jazz musicians Jackie McLean and Paul Jeffrey. He was also a long-time apprentice under saxophonist Sonny Rollins.

Tickets for the concert are $10 for general admission, $5 for students, and will be available at the door or online at the MSU School of Music webpage.

Reynolds Recital Hall is located in Howard Hall, across the street from the MSU Duck Pond.
