A scientist and physician who heads the Clinical Investigation Department at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego will speak on "The Scientist as Terrorist" at the upcoming Café Scientifique set at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 10 at Ferraro's Fine Italian Restaurant.

Warren Lockette is also a professor of neurosurgery at Wayne State University School of Medicine and adviser to the U.S. Navy's top SEAL commando. His talk addresses the future of warfare.

Café Scientifique is sponsored by Montana State University's College of Letters and Science and the INBRE grant program and provides an opportunity for community members to gather in a friendly locale to hear a short talk on a current scientific topic. Following the presentation, there is time for questions, answers and lively discussion.
