Bozeman -- The Bozeman Public Library will host a free sack lunch lecture with award-winning Israeli journalist Isabel Kershner at noon Friday, Jan. 27, in the library's community room.

Kershner is an associate editor of The Jerusalem Report magazine. She has written and reported on political and social developments in the West Bank and Gaza Strip for the past 15 years. Kershner is the recipient of the 2000 Common Ground Award for Journalism in the Middle East awarded by the Washington-based Search for Common Ground organization. She is the author of the book "Barrier: The Seam of Israeli-Palestinian Conflict."

Kershner will also lecture on "Israel, Palestine and the Future" at 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, in rooms 275-276 of the Strand Union Building at Montana State University.
