Doralyn Rossmann, assistant director for systems at Montana State University Libraries, completed the Higher Education Resource Services Bryn Mawr Summer Institute for Women in Higher Education Administration last summer.

The program was held June 23-July 18 on the Bryn Mawr campus in Pennsylvania. The 70 participants in the program were from 30 states, Guam and South Africa.

The summer institute curriculum includes analysis of political and economic trends affecting higher education, skills in managing projects and conflict resolution, and strategic planning for academic excellence and resource management.
