A Montana tribal living history symposium scheduled for May 1-2 at Montana State University has been postponed due to a scheduling conflict with the Governor's Office.

Matt Herman, MSU professor of Native American Studies and coordinator of the symposium, said the symposium will be scheduled later in the year.

The symposium's postponement does not affect the 33rd annual MSU American Indian Council Pow Wow. The MSU pow wow will be held May 2-3 at MSU's Brick Breeden Fieldhouse.
