As part of Law Day, the Montana Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on two cases at 9:30 a.m., Monday, May 4, in Ballroom A of MSU's Strand Union Building. The public is invited to attend.
Eduardo Capulong, a law professor at the University of Montana, will introduce the two cases the court will hear. One of the cases is local:
DA 08-0225, State of Montana v. Johnnie Lee Fosten; DA 08-0566, Leah Gonzales v. City Of Bozeman, Montana; Bozeman Police Department; Kaycee Anderson, Greg Megargel, Gallatin County, Montana; Gallatin County Sheriff's Department; Jake Wagner and Don Peterson, and The Gallatin County 911 Communications Department.
