Women who want to learn more about financial organization for businesses can attend a "Quickbooks for Women Entrepreneurs" class set 1-4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, at Montana State University's Extended University's Downtown Education Center at 20 E. Olive Street (the Alfred M. Stiff Professional Building).

Instructor Connie Campbell will help students become acquainted with the QuickBooks workspace and demonstrate how to create custom records and invoices and write checks. Campbell will also help participants evaluate which Quickbooks software package would be best for their business.

No prior QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is required. The workshop is sponsored by MSU's Extended University and Prospera Business Network's new Montana Women's Business Center, which is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
