Lynn Paul, extension food and nutrition specialist, will lead a five-week fitness course designed specifically for midlife and older women beginning Monday, March 29, and going through Wednesday, April 28. "Strong Women™ Stay Young" will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 1-2 p.m. in the Hosaeus Fitness Center. Organizers say that the low impact exercises will help participants' combat bone loss and fat, increase strength and flexibility, and help get in shape for spring and summer activities.
The cost is $20 for MSU gym members and $70 for non-members.
