The Montana State University 1 O'clock and the 3 O'clock Jazz Bands will perform in a concert to raise money for their upcoming tour at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, at the Bozeman Ellen Theater.

Tickets are $15 and are available at the door. Proceeds will fund the MSU Jazz Band's upcoming trip to Maui to work with student musicians. The group will also perform in a series of concerts at the "Music Festival at Sea" where the jazz band will perform for audiences and will also be adjudicated by prominent jazz musicians on a Pride of America cruise ship.
The concert will also feature the MSU Jazz Combo. Shuichi Komiyama, MSU music professor and conductor of the MSU Symphony and director of MSU jazz bands, will perform on the saxophone and flute. The concert will also feature performances by surprise special guest jazz artists. The music will include pieces by Stan Kenton, Don Menza, Thad Jones, Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Rob McConnell, Rodgers and Hart and more.
