Josh Slotnick, co-founder of Garden City Harvest and the University of Montana PEAS Farm, will present "The UM PEAS Farm, Garden City Harvest and the Timeliness of Community Development Agriculture" Wednesday, April 13, from 5:10-6 p.m. in 101 Reid Hall.

Slotnick will describe how the establishment of the two entities parallels the rise of the local food movement and the interest in civic agriculture as a tool for urban community development.
The presentation is part of the Sustainable Food and Bioenergy Systems Program seminar series.
