The MSU Extension/Gallatin County Master Gardener booth at the fairgrounds will host a demonstration on garden tool sharpening techniques, with emphasis on pruners, on July 2, 2011. People are encouraged to bring in their small garden tools (no saws or chainsaws please) for sharpening. A take-home handout on tool sharpening will be available, as well as hands-on activities for adults and kids.

Area Master Gardeners will also be available to answer horticulture questions. A schedule for the season will be available at the booth every Saturday.
