Todd Larkin, MSU art history professor, is co-director of a conference examining “Political Portraiture in the United States and France during the Revolutionary and Federal Eras, ca. 1776-1814.” The conference, which will attract scholars from the U.S. and Europe, will be held Sept 25-26 at the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery. MSU College of Nursing makes history offering first doctoral degree
