My previous work was working for the National Forest Service as a Backcountry Ranger for 4 summers. I worked in the Absaroka/ Beartooth Wilderness hiking the trails and taking with people I encountered in the back-country. I was fortunate enough to be involved in this unique experience of talking and educating people about issues in our National Wild lands. |
My current experience with children is minimal in the school setting, though I have volunteered my time to teach art classes locally around Bozeman. |
Teaching would allow me to stay involved in a field that is truly enjoyable for me; I know the importance of arts in our schools and would like to contribute my time to this cause. |
