Kate Hallowell

Kate Hallowell joined the NPTT team in September 2008.  She relocated to Bozeman from Seattle in 2004 and worked for four years with Keystone Conservation as their Education and Outreach Associate, where she developed interactive programs on bears and wolves and presented them to K-6th grade classes across Southwest Montana.  She has a BA in Speech and Theater from Colorado State University and an MFA in Acting/Directing from the University of Florida.  She also earned an acting certificate from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London.  She was a professional actress working in regional theaters and Shakespeare festivals across the United States before deciding to change her career path. 

Kate is a passionate hiker, backpacker and animal lover and spends her free time on the trails.
